Anime Pulse

Support & troubleshooting

Anime data is not loading

If Anime Pulse is not loading anime information, try the following steps:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active.
  2. Pull down on the main screen to refresh the data.
  3. Close Anime Pulse fully and reopen it.
  4. Confirm that the AniList service is reachable by visiting AniList in a browser on the same network.

If you are offline, cached data from your last successful connection may still appear.

Images are not loading

Anime cover images are loaded from external servers. If images are not appearing:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active.
  2. If images remain broken after reconnecting, clear the app cache: go to Android Settings → Apps → Anime Pulse → Storage → Clear cache.

Avoid clearing App data unless necessary, as this will remove your favourites and preferences.

Episode notifications are not arriving

If you are not receiving episode reminder notifications, check all of the following:

  1. Ensure Anime Pulse has notification permission granted in Android Settings → Apps → Anime Pulse → Notifications.
  2. Ensure the Episode Reminders notification channel is enabled within those settings.
  3. Check that your device's battery optimisation or power-saving mode is not preventing Anime Pulse from scheduling background tasks. You may need to disable battery restrictions for Anime Pulse specifically.
  4. Confirm that episode reminders are enabled in Anime Pulse's own settings screen.
  5. Confirm that the anime title you expect a reminder for has a confirmed future airing date and time. If the airing schedule is not yet confirmed by the data provider, a reminder cannot be scheduled.
My Week does not show all my favourites

My Week only displays favourite anime that have a confirmed episode scheduled to air during the selected week. If a series you have saved as a favourite is not appearing in My Week, it may be because:

  • The series has finished airing and has no upcoming episodes.
  • The next episode airing date has not yet been confirmed by the data provider.
  • The episode falls outside the currently selected week.

Anime with a confirmed future airing date will appear automatically in the correct week once the schedule is published.

How to delete local data

All data stored by Anime Pulse is kept locally on your device. To remove it:

  • Clear app data: go to Android Settings → Apps → Anime Pulse → Storage → Clear data. This removes your favourites, episode status, preferences and cached content.
  • Uninstall the app: uninstalling Anime Pulse removes all locally stored data from your device.

Mini Forge Dev does not store your personal data on external servers, so no remote deletion request is required.

Letter Rise

Support & troubleshooting

How do I unlock themes?

Themes in Letter Rise are unlocked by watching optional rewarded video ads. When a locked theme is shown, tap the unlock button and watch the ad to the end to unlock it permanently on your device.

Rewarded ads require an active internet connection. If no ad is available, try again after a short wait — ad availability can vary by region and time.

Rewarded or interstitial ads are not appearing

Letter Rise uses Google AdMob to serve ads. If ads are not loading:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active.
  2. Restart the app to refresh the ad connection.
  3. For rewarded ads, wait a short time and try again — ad fill rates can vary.

Some ad types may not be available in your region at all times. This is normal and controlled by ad networks, not by the app.

The game is not saving my progress

Letter Rise saves all game progress — including high score, unlocked themes, and settings — locally on your device. If progress appears lost:

  • Check that you have not recently cleared Letter Rise's app storage data in Android Settings.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will remove all locally saved data, as it is not backed up to a cloud server.
How to delete saved data

All data stored by Letter Rise is kept locally on your device. To remove it:

  • Clear app data: go to Android Settings → Apps → Letter Rise → Storage → Clear data. This removes all saved progress, settings, and unlocked themes.
  • Uninstall the app: uninstalling Letter Rise removes all locally stored data from your device.

Mini Forge Dev does not store your game data on external servers, so no remote deletion request is required.

LetterForge

Support & troubleshooting

Ads are not loading

LetterForge uses Google AdMob to serve ads. If ads are not loading:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — ads require a network connection.
  2. Restart the app to refresh the ad connection.
  3. If the issue persists, try again after a short wait.

Ad availability can vary by region and time of day. This is normal and controlled by ad networks, not by the app.

Rewarded ad did not grant my hint

The hint reward is granted only after the rewarded ad has been watched to completion and the reward has been successfully confirmed by the ad network. If you did not receive the hint:

  1. Ensure the ad played through to the end — closing it early cancels the reward.
  2. Check that your internet connection remained active throughout the ad.
  3. If the reward was confirmed but no hint appeared, restart the app and try again.
Daily challenge says already completed

Each daily challenge can only be completed once per calendar day. If the challenge shows as already completed:

  • This is by design — a new daily challenge becomes available each day.
  • While waiting, you can play Endless mode for unlimited puzzles.
  • If you believe this is an error, check that your device's date and time are set correctly.
Progress reset after reinstall or clearing app data

LetterForge stores all progress — coins, XP, achievements, statistics, and game history — locally on your device. Progress is not backed up to a cloud server. If progress has been lost:

  • Reinstalling the app or clearing app data in Android Settings removes all locally stored data. This cannot be undone.
  • LetterForge does not currently provide cloud backup or account-based save syncing.
Does LetterForge work offline?

Yes — core gameplay in LetterForge (word puzzles, Endless mode, custom word length games) works without an internet connection. Your progress is saved locally. The following features may require connectivity:

  • Rewarded and interstitial ads — ads need a network connection to load.
  • Daily challenge — the puzzle itself is available offline, but daily reset timing uses your device clock.

Emoji Guess

Support & troubleshooting

Puzzle answer is not accepted

If you are sure of the answer but the puzzle will not accept it, check the following:

  1. Double-check the spelling — the answer must match exactly.
  2. Build the answer using only the letters available on the letter tiles.
  3. Answers currently avoid numbers and hyphens — try the spelled-out or unhyphenated form instead.
  4. If you are stuck, use a hint to reveal a letter or remove incorrect letters.

If you believe an answer is genuinely wrong or misspelled in the game, please report it by email so it can be reviewed.

Progress, coins, or hints look wrong

Emoji Guess stores all progress — unlocked stages, coins, and hints — locally on your device. If something looks wrong:

  1. Close Emoji Guess fully and reopen it — this refreshes the saved state.
  2. Check that you have not recently cleared Emoji Guess's app storage data in Android Settings, as this removes all saved progress.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will remove all locally saved data, as progress is not backed up to a cloud server.

Sound or haptics are not working

If sound effects or vibration feedback are not working:

  1. Open the in-app settings and check that sound and haptics are enabled.
  2. Check that your device is not in silent or Do Not Disturb mode.
  3. Check your device's media volume — game sounds use the media channel.
  4. For haptics, confirm that vibration is enabled in your device's sound and vibration settings.
Ads or rewarded hints are not loading

Emoji Guess may use Google AdMob to serve ads. If ads or rewarded hints are not loading:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — ads require a network connection.
  2. Wait a short time and try again — ad fill rates can vary.
  3. Restart the app to refresh the ad connection.

Ad availability can vary by region and time of day. This is normal and controlled by ad networks, not by the app.

Guess The Time

Support & troubleshooting

Cannot create or join a room

If you cannot create or join a room, check the following:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — multiplayer rooms require a network connection.
  2. Double-check the room code and re-enter it exactly, including any letters or numbers.
  3. Make sure the room still exists and has not been closed by the host or already finished its game.
  4. Check that the room is not already full and that the round has not already started.
  5. Close Guess The Time fully and reopen it, then try joining again.
Invite link is not working

If an invite link or room code will not open the game or join the room:

  1. Make sure Guess The Time is installed and up to date on the device opening the link.
  2. Try joining manually by entering the room code shown in the app instead of the link.
  3. Confirm the person who shared the link is still in the room and the room is still open.
  4. Some messaging apps modify or shorten links — ask for the room code to be sent as plain text.
  5. Check that both players have an active internet connection.
Scores or round results look wrong

Scores are calculated from how close each guess is to the hidden time in every round. If scores or round results look wrong:

  1. Give the round a moment to finish — results update once all players have guessed or the round timer ends.
  2. A brief connection drop can delay updates; scores refresh once your device reconnects.
  3. Close and reopen the app, then rejoin the room to resync the latest scores.

If you believe a result is genuinely incorrect, please report it by email with the details.

Ads are not loading

Guess The Time may use Google AdMob to serve ads. If ads or rewarded items are not loading:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — ads require a network connection.
  2. Wait a short time and try again — ad fill rates can vary.
  3. Restart the app to refresh the ad connection.

Ad availability can vary by region and time of day. This is normal and controlled by ad networks, not by the app.

FoodFit Scan

Support & troubleshooting

Barcode scanner is not working

If the camera view does not open or barcodes are not being detected:

  1. Ensure FoodFit Scan has camera permission granted in Android Settings → Apps → FoodFit Scan → Permissions. The camera is used only for barcode scanning.
  2. Clean the camera lens and make sure the barcode is well lit.
  3. Hold the phone steady and move it closer or further away until the barcode comes into focus.
  4. Flatten curved or wrinkled packaging as much as possible so the full barcode is visible.
  5. If the barcode still cannot be read, use the search feature to find the product by name instead.
Product cannot be found

If a scanned barcode does not return a product:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — product lookups require a network connection.
  2. Compare the digits shown in the app with the number printed under the barcode to confirm it scanned correctly.
  3. Try searching for the product by name or brand instead.

Not every product exists in the database. FoodFit Scan looks up products in Open Food Facts and the app's product search index, and coverage varies by country and brand — new or regional products may be missing.

Nutrition rating looks wrong or unclear

Nutrition ratings and goal-fit indicators are calculated from the product data available for that item, combined with the nutrition goals and allergen or additive preferences you have set. If a rating looks wrong:

  1. Open the product details and check whether nutrition values are missing or incomplete — missing data can affect the rating.
  2. Review your nutrition goals and allergen or additive preferences in the app settings, as these change how suitability is assessed.
  3. If you believe the underlying product data is incorrect, please report it by email so it can be reviewed.

Remember that nutrition suitability is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Always check the physical product label, especially for allergens.

History or settings look wrong

FoodFit Scan stores your food history, cached products, nutrition goals, and preferences locally on your device. If something looks wrong:

  1. Close FoodFit Scan fully and reopen it — this refreshes the saved state.
  2. Check that you have not recently cleared FoodFit Scan's app storage data in Android Settings, as this removes history, goals, and preferences.

Deleting your history in the app removes those entries permanently. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will remove all locally saved data, as it is not backed up to a cloud server.

Ads are not loading

FoodFit Scan may use Google AdMob to serve ads if ads are enabled. If ads are not loading:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — ads require a network connection.
  2. Wait a short time and try again — ad fill rates can vary.
  3. Restart the app to refresh the ad connection.

Ad availability can vary by region and time of day. This is normal and controlled by ad networks, not by the app.

Match The Color

Support & troubleshooting

Cannot create or join a room

If you cannot create or join a room, check the following:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active — multiplayer rooms require a network connection.
  2. Confirm the room code is entered correctly, including any letters or numbers.
  3. Confirm the room still exists and has not expired or already finished its game.
  4. Restart the app and try again.
App says I must leave another room

Match The Color should cleanly leave your previous room before you join a new one, but this message can appear if an earlier session did not close properly — for example after a dropped connection or the app closing unexpectedly.

  1. Return to the lobby or main menu and try leaving the previous room again.
  2. If the previous session still appears stuck, restart the app and try joining again.
Invite link is not opening the room

If an invite link is not opening the room:

  1. Confirm Match The Color is installed on the device you are using to open the link.
  2. Open the link directly on that device rather than forwarding or previewing it elsewhere.
  3. If the link does not open the room automatically, enter the room code manually instead.
  4. Confirm the room has not already ended.
Game is stuck between phases

If the game does not move on from one phase to the next:

  1. Check that your internet connection is active and stable.
  2. Wait briefly — phase transitions are controlled by the host or server and can take a moment once every player has acted.
  3. If the room remains stuck, restart the app and rejoin the room.
Scores or leaderboard results look wrong

Scores are based on how closely your submitted color matches the target color in each round. If scores or leaderboard results look wrong:

  1. Confirm every player in the room submitted a color before the round ended.
  2. Give results a moment to appear — a temporary connection delay can affect when updated scores are shown.
  3. Close and reopen the app, then rejoin the room to resync the latest scores.
Host disconnected or left the room

If the host disconnects or leaves the room, the game may be unable to continue for the remaining players, and the room may close or become unavailable. Match The Color does not currently support automatically transferring the host role to another player.

  1. Wait briefly in case the host reconnects.
  2. If the room does not recover, return to the lobby and create a new room to keep playing.
Ads are not loading

Match The Color may use Google AdMob to serve ads if ads are enabled.
